The Slimming Brazilian Massage combines therapeutic techniques from two very special beauty rituals: the Bangalore Beauty Ritual (from India) and the Baha Beauty Ritual (from Brazil).

In traditional Indian medicine, detoxification plays a very important role and lies at the heart of what is known as Pancha Karma, the ultimate detox therapy.

As for traditional Brazilian medicine, it is rich in active botanical slimming aids, such as the kola nut and the main active ingredient, caffeine. Caffeine has a “fat-killing” action, resulting in smoother, firmer skin.

> The therapy begins with a questionnaire, whereby the Spa Therapist carries out an assessment of your physical profile and self-image, thus ensuring an experience that is tailored to your specific needs.

> The treatment begins with a long, unifying massage stroke from the toes of the feet to the tips of the fingers. Next, the Spa Therapist stimulates the energy centres (feet, knees, diaphragm, solar plexus, shoulders and hands) to release a powerful flow of energy.

> In their own unique way, the massage strokes serve to oxygenate and drain the tissues to promote detoxification and the elimination of toxins through petrissage, friction and tapotement, thus firming, draining and toning the tissues.

This Slimming Brazilian Massage helps release the build-up of congestion and heaviness in the tissues, so that you can live fully in your body. This is therefore a means of eliminating all the toxins at both micro- and macro-cellular level to enable body and mind to work together in harmony.
