1. MY ACCOUNT

1.1. How do I create my account?

Click on the MY ACCOUNT area, represented by a silhouette at the top right. Once redirected, select CREATE AN ACCOUNT then fill in your necessary personal information. You will receive a confirmation email after your account has been created.

1.2. Is it safe to provide my personal information?

All information provided is strictly confidential. It will be used exclusively by Algotherm's internal services for the sole purpose of making a delivery or sending you commercial information. Your bank details are encrypted in SSL mode and are never stored or saved on the site.

1.3. I can't remember my username and/or password, how can I retrieve it/them?

Your username is the email address with which you created your account. If you forget it, you can recreate an account with another email address. From your MY ACCOUNT area, you can retrieve your password by clicking on "forgot password". You will just need to enter your contact email and validate your request. Your password will be sent to this address.

1.4. Why do I need to provide my phone number?

We will use this information to ensure efficient delivery and to answer your questions and/or contact you about your order.

1.5. How can I change my personal data?

To modify your personal data, log in to MY ACCOUNT and click on EDIT to apply your changes, then save.

1.6. How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletter?

- To subscribe to the newsletter, simply enter your email address in the field provided at the bottom of the home page.
- To unsubscribe, you can send your request to [email protected]  or click on the unsubscribe link at the very bottom of our commercial newsletters.

2. MY ORDER

2.1. How do I use a discount code?

When placing your order, during the "Delivery" and "Payment" steps, enter the discount code in the field labeled "Discount code" and click on "Validate". Please copy the promotional code exactly as it appears, without adding any spaces or special characters.

2.2. Do I need to register my details and create an account to place an order?

To place your order, you must create an account by entering the necessary personal information (first name, last name, postal address, e-mail).

2.3. What payment methods are available for my order?

You can pay for your order:

2.4. Is online payment secure?

Payments on www.algotherm.com are fully secured by 3D Secure. Your bank details are encrypted using SSL and are never saved or stored on the website.

2.6. How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, log in to the account you used to place the order by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT area represented by a silhouette in the top right corner. Select MY ORDERS then click on the eye symbol to the right of the order concerned. To retrieve the PDF of a Gift Invitation. Click on "PDF" to the right of the order concerned.

2.7 Can I change or cancel my order?

2.9. I did not receive my 3D Secure validation code by SMS. What should I do?

3D Secure is a secure online payment protocol. It allows banks to ensure, during each online payment, that the card is being used by its rightful owner. If you do not receive your code, please contact your bank.

3. DELIVERY

3.1. What are the delivery costs and times?

In Metropolitan France: €9 for orders under €70. Free delivery via Chrono Relais or Chrono Standard for all orders over €70.

International: €13 for orders under €70. Free delivery for all orders over €70.

3.2. Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver in Europe via Chronopost, which serves the following destinations: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

3.3. How can I change my delivery address?

You can add a new delivery address by logging in to your personal account. In the MY ACCOUNT section, click on MODIFY to change the default delivery address registered when you created your account. Please note that it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been confirmed and paid for.

3.4. Can I have my order delivered to an address different from my home address?

By logging in to your account, you can access an address book that allows you to save a delivery address different from your billing address. When placing your order, simply select your preferred billing and delivery addresses.

5. TREATMENTS AND GIFT VOUCHERS

5.1. How do I purchase a Gift Invitation online?

To purchase a Gift Voucher, you can:
- Choose a treatment and click on "GIVE THIS TREATMENT" to access the Gift Voucher
- Choose directly from our Gift Vouchers on the dedicated page

Once on the selected Gift Voucher page, you can select the Spa and fill in the personal information necessary to purchase a Gift Voucher.

5.2. For which spas can I purchase a Gift Invitation online?

Purchases can be made at Cinq Mondes spas located in Paris, Lyon, Marseille, and Nantes. When purchasing a Gift Invitation, the user is asked to choose a Spa. The Gift Invitation can only be used at the selected Spa.

5.3. How will I receive my Gift Invitation?

After purchasing your Gift Voucher, it will be sent to you by email so you can print it at home.

5.4. What should I do if I can't find my spa in the list of establishments offering the gift voucher?

Only treatments for Cinq Mondes Spas in Paris, Lyon, Marseille and Nantes are sold on www.algotherm.com. To offer a treatment in one of our partner spas, we recommend that you contact the spa directly. You can find all the information about our partners on our spa locator accessible HERE.

5.5. How can I find out what treatments are offered at the spas?

Spa treatment menus are available on each Spa page. When you select a treatment from OUR TREATMENTS AND MASSAGES, you can access the booking module and identify which spas offer it for online booking. You can also filter the OUR TREATMENTS AND MASSAGES page by ASSOCIATED SPAS by clicking on FILTER AND SORT.

5.6. What should I do if I have lost my Gift Invitation?

To enjoy your treatment despite the loss of your Gift Invitation, please contact our customer service directly via the contact form.

6.2. How do I book a treatment online at my Spa?

To book online, please choose a treatment from ALL OUR TREATMENTS AND MASSAGES. By accessing the page of your chosen treatment, you can select your spa and access the booking module.

7. ONLINE BOOKING

7.1. Can I book a treatment online with a gift voucher I received?

To book an online treatment with a Gift Voucher, you must go to the page of the treatment you were offered, select the spa indicated on your Gift Voucher, and book your slot by accessing the booking module. You will be able to enter your Gift Voucher number during payment.

7.2. Is it possible to choose the facility where I want to redeem my gift invitation?

When you receive a Gift Voucher, it is associated with a specific spa. You can only redeem your treatment at the spa indicated on your Gift Voucher.

7.3. Is it possible to choose the practitioner of my choice?

You cannot choose the practitioner of your choice when booking online. However, you can contact the Spa after your online booking so that they can place you with the person of your choice, subject to the practitioner's availability.

7.4. How can I cancel or postpone my booking?

You can cancel or postpone your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled date by contacting the Spa where you made your reservation. After this deadline, we will not be able to accept any cancellation or postponement. However, if you are ill, you can cancel your appointment at any time provided you present a medical certificate.
