Guarantee and optimization of the smooth and efficient work flow in the Spa operation and sales, direct and consistent training and maintaining of role model employee behavior as well as the guarantee of maintaining the Kempinski standards for total guest satisfaction


The job of Spa Sales Manager is executed satisfactorily when:

  • - Hygiene standards are strictly monitored and followed
  • - When all the Spa guest are 100 % satisfied with the Spa therapist services

  • - Create a need period calendar with special offers
  • - Proactive behavior towards technical difficulties or challenges and immediate action.
  • - Creation of a menu with a variety of choices.
  • - Exceeding guest service expectations in every guest/employee situation.
  • - Personal and professional contact with SPA guests and members.
  • - Ensuring proper guest interaction and responding immediately to special requests for immediate guest satisfaction.
  • - Proper follow-up on guest complaints.
  • - Vacation planning and scheduling.
  • - Demonstrate an exceptional level of professionalism for the staff to emulate.
  • - Create a motivating environment of sincerity, warmth and fun for staff and guests.

  • - Ensure SPA equipment are well maintained and in good working order.
  • - Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and providers.
  • - Ensure stock and cash items are kept safely under lock and key
  • - Minimize or eliminate losses through negligence with monitoring programs.
  • - Perform Staff Evaluation Reports with proposed action plans.
  • - Effectively administer and monitor Staff Scheduling procedures.
  • - Consistent training of new products.
  • - Reinforcing Kempinski uniform standards and proper appearance of all SPA employees.
  • - Training and practicing emergency procedures.
  • - Professional behavior regarding confidentiality.
  • - Special attention to tricky or risky situations regarding privacy of guests and employees.
  • - Interpret Financial Reports and provide expertise on Revenue vs. Expenses.
  • - Use financial plans for spotting trends, measuring productivity and monitoring progress.
  • - Achieve financial objectives by monitoring weekly membership, day visitors and beauty treatment bookings, flash reports and monthly and annual budget; analyzing variances, and maximizing results in the area of sales, merchandising and operations.
  • - Control ongoing service and product margin analysis to ensure profitability.
  • - Implement full Spa product and service purchasing standards and ensure compliance.
  • - Administer staff and client scheduling for maximum revenue generation and profitability
  • - Develop Spa’s Marketing Strategy and ensure a consistent image is being portrayed.
  • - Maintain and update all necessary internal and external signage
  • - Create ongoing in-house promotions and activities to stimulate sales, staff and customers.
  • - Guide business decisions by staying on top of Spa industry trends.
  • - Maintain a strong menu of services with both exceptional artistic and aesthetic value.
  • - Consistently develop, promote and grow retail sales through training, tools and monitoring.
  • - Ensure the Spa is always staged for maximum buyer.
  • - Anticipate, identify and ensure customer needs are being met in the best possible way.
  • - Monitor customer satisfaction with surveys, focus groups and comment cards, online reviews, etc.
  • - Guide staff to become caring problem solvers, cooperative, accommodating and fair.
  • - Exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy and an ability to handle difficult situations.
  • - Maintain fresh, effective programs to consistently retain and grow customer base.
  • - Develop and maintain compensation guidelines for customer complaint handling.

Dynamic and motivated, you have been practising for more than one year. You have a background and a professional practice of massages. You have a real sense of commitment, you do appreciate being in contact with your clients, you have developed natural commercial abilities, and you love the spa & well-being area; you have also an experience of selective clientele and you are bilingual English.


You will be beforehand trained to all Cinq Mondes care & commercial techniques. Contracts : full time or part time. Salary according to experience + variable part based on performance.

Informations on


You should have a qualification in beauty therapy, be able to speak English fluently and have proven experience in a Spa and/or upmarket salon where you regularly carried out body massages. The ideal candidate will also be enthusiastic about wellbeing, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be a good team player with a highly developed sense of retail and commitment.

The successful candidate will be given training in CINQ MONDES Spa treatments prior to joining our teams.
