Pharmacopoeia,
The Polynesian pharmacopoeia "Raau Tahiti", literally "traditional remedy", is rich in over 2,000 plants and vegetables, used for centuries by Polynesian healers for their recognized effectiveness. These include Monoï de Tahiti, a truly sacred oil in Polynesia, and Noni, also known as the "universal remedy of the ancients" for its protective and restorative properties.
is inspired by Lomi Lomi, practiced by traditional island healers on the principle of harmony between body and mind. Through large, fluid, rhythmic movements using forearms, elbows and hands, physical and emotional energy blockages are released, leading to physical and mental well-being.
