For your convenience, guests are advised to look into treatment times and options before your stay, in order to ensure everything can be organised the way you want it to. This will give you the opportunity to choose the massage treatment options that best meet your needs ahead of time.
Once you arrive, treatment sessions can be paid for when you make your booking. All cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for refunds.
The Spa is a space for wellbeing and serenity, and we ask guests to respect the atmosphere for other users. Guests are reminded that smoking is prohibited at the Spa, and mobile phones must be kept in silent mode.
Guests are advised to arrive 20 minutes before their allotted treatment time. At the Spa reception, you’ll be given all the necessary accessories (robe, towels, etc.) for your treatment.
For treatment options lasting 20, 35, 50 or 80 minutes, plan for a session that will take 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes.
In order to avoid the loss of any valuable objects, we recommend removing your jewellery items before the treatment and storing them in the safe in your room. For male guests having booked a facial treatment, we advise shaving around 1 hour before the session, in order to ensure optimum quality.
